We host our website with Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit our website, your personal data (including your IP address) is processed on Vercel’s servers. This is necessary in order to display our website and to ensure its stability and security, which constitutes our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

As Vercel is based in the USA, data may be transferred internationally. This is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Vercel as required by Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Data collection on this website

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies for analytics or tracking purposes. Only technically necessary cookies (if any) may be stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

Server log files

As Formspree is based in the USA, data may be transferred internationally on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We retain this data until you ask us to delete it or the purpose of storage no longer applies.

If you contact us by email, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We retain this data until you ask us to delete it, your consent is withdrawn, or the purpose of storage no longer applies — subject to mandatory statutory retention periods.
